Plot - Seven new superheroes unite to defend a doomed city from two dangerous criminal teams gathered by an ancient wizard king named Velenor. The heroes battle for survival against many monstrous foes in a huge adventure.

Capt. VX - leader of hero team VX Super Force.

Capt. VX Girl - co-leader of VX Super Force and younger sister of Capt. VX.

Oranga - girlfriend of Capt. VX and one of VX founders.

Strongholder - a recruit and founder of VX Super Force with rock like form.

Syler - ninja leader recruit for VX Super Force who is another founder.

Dino Boy - a recruit and founder of VX team with dinosaur like form.

Veronica Venus - young lady hero recruit for VX team.

Velenor - main enemy from the world of Kazamardra who is one of its kings.

Blue Cyber Tech Force - team with many different members with blue themed technology.

Beatdown Gang - team with mutant wolves and mutant beings and criminals under a one eyed swordsman.

Kelly Feline - cat woman based hero who is a loving godmother to the VX captains.

Tiffany Skiala - Kelly's friend and superhero ally who is a secondary godmother to VX captains.

Commissioner Jeremy Hanes - police leader of Kento City.

Mayor Reymord - leader of Kento City.

Mr. Vant - father of Captains VX and VX Girl who is a justice supporter.

Mrs. Vant - co-justice supporter with her husband who is mother of VX captains.

Garman Siolon - psychic criminal leader in the form of a government senator pretending to aid Kento City, and is Kelly Feline's rival.

Chandlar Siolon - Garman's son who is a militant psychic villain.

Tyrix - legendary superhero magician who is godfather of two VX leaders and is the husband of Kelly and Tiffany.

Zalthor - true main foe who is main king of Kazamardra seeking massive dominance while close to Velenor.

Children of the Black Sun - a mystic evil cult that serves the causes for Kazamardra on Earth while preparing to aid the two enemy teams needed for attack on the heroes.

Kin Empire - ally to the Black Sun Children and grand lord of crime for Kento City who returns with Velenor's help.

Blue Fire God - cosmic friend to VX Super Force who is cause of the fire powers for both leader siblings.

Black Sun God - cosmic enemy who is the lord of the Black Sun Children while united with Velenor and Zalthor.

Dark Flame God - Velenor and Zalthor's contact who is the brother of Black Sun God while helping Kin Empire ruin Kento City.
